The only thing that I will say is that the pictures advertised show both the main home and the studio, so it is misleading as to what amenities are available in your own space. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the owner was very prompt to respond to the few questions that I had."

"The apartment was good in a little secure compound gated. The area aroun the place was a little trashy. There's a small grocery store across the street thats really the only thing close it is anout a mile to the trolley station. ."

"Our family really appreciated our stay! The whole premise was very clean, all amenities were well stocked, and the host was very responsive. Our family had lots of fun cooking together on the grill and playing pool and ping pong! The place was very spacious and clean, the only uncomfortable part was not having a large dining table. The neighborhood also seemed pretty safe. The house was conveniently located, with SD downtown and a lot of places we wanted to go to within 10-20 minutes of driving...

"The stay here was a great experience! The place was very easy to find with given the instructions. Sunset Cliffs was in walking distance as well as there a few restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. The place itself was cute and felt clean. The best part was the private outdoor area with the hot tube (although it does take a while to heat up so start heating it early before you want to use!). It was a little loud during the day as I think there was construction going on but...
