It enjoys a magnificent view over the Gulf of Imperia and has a swimming pool, a private beach 1 km away, and a private parking area.

A studio apartment, ranging from about 30/40 square meters and featuring a mezzanine, is well-suited for accommodating four individuals. Furnished in a straightforward yet practical style, it consists of a living room with a double foldaway sofa bed, and a mezzanine with two beds. Alternatively, there is a studio apartment for four people, covering approximately 27 square meters, with a living room hosting a double sofa bed and a sleeping area with two beds separated from the living room by a wardrobe.

Located about 100 m from the city center, and about 800 m from the beach. The Museum of Contemporary Art of Imperia is about 8 minutes on foot, the Naval Museum of Imperia is 9 minutes on foot, and the Basilica of San Maurizio is about 10 minutes on foot. Villa Grock and the Olive Museum are about half an hour's drive away.
