The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people, up to a maximum of 8.

First bedroom: double bedroom, with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Full bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink - no window).
A door can divide this bedroom from the rest of the apartment, for more privacy from friends and family.

Second bedroom: quadruple bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed (two single beds)
This room has direct access to the garden.

Large living area, consisting of an open space with sofa and sofa bed double, and dining table, and kitchen with a second dining table.
Well-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (Moka, capsule machine, American coffee). Large fridge with freezer compartment.
Small closet with washing machine.

The living area has 2 door-windows with direct access to the garden.

Bedroom windows do not have shutters or blinds: there are blackout curtains.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but as it is on the ground floor, it is quite cool even in summer. The windows are only on the garden side.

The apartment is a portion of a villa, and it boasts a spacious garden with a lawn, at your disposal.
Ideal solution for a relaxing and restful holiday: the apartment is suitable for a large family, or for two families who want to share a pleasant stay in the Riviera dei Fiori. Many activities are possible in this Ligurian province!
Available, on request: baby cot and high chair.

- PARKING -
No stress for parking: there is enough space inside the property, where you can park up to two vehicles, even large ones.

- GARDEN -
Garden-front: this beautiful apartment overlooks a lovely green lawn, partly sunny and partly shaded by large trees. Outdoor dining table, hammock, and some deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing!

- PETS -
Are you traveling with your dog? Small-medium sized pets are welcome (upon request and agreement with the owner).
The garden is fenced, but we kindly ask to always supervise your 4-legged friend, as well as respect the property and the neighbors.
Small supplement for final cleaning (€30) in case of dogs.

- LOCATION -
The apartment is near ​​Imperia Porto Maurizio neighbour, precisely it is located in "Imperia Piani" hamlet.
It is in a quiet residential area, but still a few minutes drive from the beach and the liveliest areas of the city.
An ideal destination for discovering the Riviera dei Fiori, with its beaches and colorful villages.

- BEACHES -
Distance from the nearest free beach: 2.3 km.
Distance from private bathing establishments (where a reservation is needed): 2.5 km.

- SUPERMARKETS -
Closest supermarket: Penny Market, 700 meters away.
PAM supermarket: 2 km away.
CONAD hypermarket: 3 km away. Very large and well-stocked.

- BARS, RESTAURANTS -
Very close, there are a bar/café and a restaurant-pizzeria. Both are about 400 meters away.
A short distance away, you find more premises: in Imperia Borgo Prino area (few minutes by car) there are pizzerias, bars and restaurants (located in Via Lamboglia, Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, and adjacent areas - which are about 2.5 km away)

- SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES -
Excellent destination for an active, sporty holiday! CYCLING, PADEL, TREKKING and WALKS.

For cyclists: 400 meters away from the house, you will find a cycle path that runs along the river and allows you to reach the new cycling path of Ponente Ligure, which leads to Sanremo and to the part of Imperia called "Imperia Oneglia".
Total length of the seaside cycling path: about 32 km. Highly recommended: it is a very panoramic and flat route, built over the old dismissed railway line.
Possibility of renting bicycles about 2 km away (in Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo).
Note: to get to the house there is a short uphill section.

For Padel players: bring your equipment! Corcuera Padel Imperia, with 2 courts available, is just 400 meters away.
If you are curious to try this sport, you can rent the equipment there.

Trekking and walks: there are many paths for trekking or nature walks. Or just walk on the cycling path along the sea!

Also, many beautiful villages nearby to visit:
Imperia Porto Maurizio (Parasio, Borgo Prino); Dolcedo, Tavole, Vasia; Civezza, Lingueglietta... Sanremo, Bussana Vecchia, Cervo... and many others.

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests over 14 years old have to pay, in cash, the Tourist Tax, at the fee decided my Imperia Municipality.
- this apartment is not isolated: polite and respectful behavior towards the neighborhood is required; silence time slots are provided as required by Italian Law.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
