The large kitchen and living area is a standout feature, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a convenient cooking island with a dining table. This area also leads out to the patio. Additionally, there is a shower room with a bidet and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet on this level. The property is heated with gas, which is available from November 1st to April 1st.
