The large adjoining lawn can be used by both parties (ground floor and basement). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking together. The cozy living / dining room is furnished with a sitting area, couch & flat screen TV. Important: the basement is not accessible for wheelchair users and is structurally very quiet - loud noises from the upper apartment may be audible! Please also note that the final cleaning of the apartment is included, but the washing of your dishes is not included.
