Apartment Seeblick is located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance. The two-story property features a room with a sofa bed, dining table, sideboard with Nescafe capsule machine, small fridge and kettle, 2 bedrooms with TVs, and 1 bathroom with glass sliding door, accommodating up to 6 guests. The maisonette apartment is on the 2nd floor of the main building. Wi-Fi is available.



Please note: The apartment does not have its own kitchen. However, there is a shared kitchen and lounge on the 1st floor gallery. A shared terrace is on the ground floor.

This vacation home features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stuben" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces in total. Up to two dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and events are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.

The kitchen is shared.
