"Arrived to check in around midnight after a flight - there was no staff on duty except for a number to call. The person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, actually mocked us for arriving late and needing to wait, and when I complained about their attitude cancelled my reservation and decided to taunt me over it lol if the owner or manager is reading my comment, this took place at around midnight "
