"The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. "Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. "

"Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast.
