"Staff was more than accommodating. Had a few issues upon arrival with the accommodation type chosen (the cheapest rooms are quite a bit from the beach and run down, they are not as the reception area is). The hotel took care of the misunderstanding with the utmost customer service. The rooms in the bungalows and two story white building are beautiful. The pool is as pictured. Breakfast on the beachfront was lovely each morning. Walking distance to everywhere, but rent a bike, mask and snorkel!...

"Dorm room was ok, but quite hot and you could pretty much hear everything from next door. Enough restrooms and showers, but they definitely need a renovation. Good location. Nice staff at the reception."

"Liegen am Strand vorhanden und man wird sogar bedient. Haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Zu Fuss erreichbar vom Hafen und Fahrräder kann man gleich im Hotel mieten. Das Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen."

"Absolutely wonderful stay…all the staff are truly exceptional. The room, pool and gardens are a serene haven and beautifully maintained. Great bicycles on site, Netflix for movies, close to beaches but far enough away to be peaceful. If you seek a stunning and serene escape this is perfect. Thank you once again Belukar 😊❤️"
