"The accommodation was very well maintained. We enjoyed the comfortable room which was well cleaned. The check-in process was seamless, even though the communication with the host for matters other than the check-in was rather difficult. The AC was not working properly. The building is quite old and therefore it was rather poorly soundproofed.
We had an unpleasant experience during the morning where staff entered our room without knocking, twice! We tried to use the door lock for additional...
