"The hotel was really a gorgeous stay and. very clean, the beaches and restaurants were great. We were disappointed however with the accommodations and help from staff. Every request we had felt like we were a bother, although on the room service menu. We requested an extra pillow two days in a row and it never came.
I will say valet workers/drivers were very nice and helpful, however overall this did not feel like a 5 star stay."

"Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!"
"Horrible experience, I don't recommend it. Hotel with zero accessibility and does not offer help with luggage. I booked a room with a king bed and we were placed in a room with two single beds. There's no point in complaining that they didn't solve it, they said it was just a matter of putting the beds together. Weak breakfast and restaurant with non-Chinese food. I placed an order at the restaurant and there was no specific accompaniment and they exchanged it for another without consulting me...
"Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. "Overall nice hotel in a nice area. Beach was lovely. Pool was smaller than we expected but it didn't bother us. It was never crowded even in peak August season. We always found a sun bed. Bus stop 16 was just a minute walk away and took you straight into town in 15 mins. Very affordable than using an uber. Ammos restaurant food was lovely and staff were friendly.
