"Very clean place to stay & the owners are great hosts!"

"My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great."

"We stayed for one night and the room was terrible the blankets were dirty like someone stepped on them, the AC unit was falling apart and in the ground, the bathroom light did not work at all, toilet paper holder was broken and falling apart, tv barely worked and could not charge our phones, told staff and they said “We will note it down for maintenance” then walked away. Would not recommend staying here not help at all."

"When we arrived to check in at 4pm, there was a note to call a phone number on the reception desk. No answer. Left a message. After about 10 minutes got a message that the receptionist would be right there. After another 10 minutes, she arrived and gave us our keys. The hotel had no bicycles for free use as mentioned online. The pool was dirty and the next morning, it was closed for "maintenance". No bars of soap in the bathroom. Half full shower gel tube, shampoo and conditioner was...

"Very few amenities, we’re supposed to have free breakfast, it was not available, staff non-existent, towels like sandpaper."

"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."

"Did not hit breakfast this time around due to having a food pass with Cedar Point. But I have had it before and it is worth the price! Clean rooms and amazing staff ALWAYS! The hot tub is one of my favorite features for sure :) Note that they do have Starbucks coffee in their little store and that the pool/hot tub doesn’t close till 10 pm :) Also make sure to check out the back of the hotel for the fire pit and the stream :)"
