"We were in the cheapest room type so we weren't expecting a view but in fact we could see sideways across the bay and inland which was very green. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage. It had two chairs and a little table which means you don't always have to sit on the bed. Teas, milks and biscuits were topped up daily which is by no means the case in all hotels. The breakfast was acceptable, some good additional choices can be ordered instead of the buffet. A fan...

"The food in the hotel restraunt was first class and the restaurant staff were excellent, helpful, courteous and always with a smile.
The only downside, and it's not a criticism of the hotel, Guernsey is VERY hilly and the hotel is at the top of a VERY steep hill, and taxis in St Peter's Port are non-existant.
The island bus service is very good but don't reley on the timetables pinned to every bus stop, get a timetable from the bus office opposite the bus stands."
