"Lovely quiet room, a little small but fine if you’re travelling light. 20 minute pleasant walk from downtown and easy access to hikes on cliff path. Breakfast was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would choose this hotel again."

Sea view rooms have zero privacy on the balcony.
Breakfast was mediocre. Tried one cooked breakfast and avoided it thereafter.
Had one evening meal, which was dire.
Just bear in mind the last two comments were our personal opinion.

"We were in the cheapest room type so we weren't expecting a view but in fact we could see sideways across the bay and inland which was very green. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of storage. It had two chairs and a little table which means you don't always have to sit on the bed. Teas, milks and biscuits were topped up daily which is by no means the case in all hotels. The breakfast was acceptable, some good additional choices can be ordered instead of the buffet. A fan...

"The hotel is situated pretty much at the top of the island. This isn’t a problem because the taxi service is fine and it’s a wonderful walk. The only thing I’d say, though, about the hotel itself is that, while it is very clean, it is dated. The room where we stayed was an attic, essentially, which meant that it got pretty hot pretty quickly. The air-conditioning in the room was adequate, but not terrific.
Further there is no elevator; so if you have any mobility problems, you’re out of luck...
