"The house was generally as it appeared in the listing. In general it is an older beach house and as such the house shows some wear-and-tear. It does have very nice beach access and is very nicely located. The house was generally clean although I do think a deep cleaning would be nice (ceiling fans, base boards, etc). I think investing in some new bed pillows would be a great idea! Overall our experience was good and we would stay here again."

"This was an awesome property; cute, cozy, and close to the beach. The owners were responsive and very easy to work with. Having the golf cart was a lot of fun and the owners were thoughtful enough to give specific directions on paths to stay compliant with the golf cart. This property had all the essentials you’d need-coffee makers, beach equipment, beach towels, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here! "

"This house was so perfect for our long weekend stay on Oak Island while we were there visiting family. The house was extremely clean and well maintained and very comfortable (we had 4 adults, one teen and a dog). Everyone really loved the big sectional couch and the fireplace for the cool nights we had. The location was also great. It was a very easy walk (or golf cart ride) straight down 75th street to the beach. And the house is perfectly set up for a dog as well. Our dog LOVED laying on...
