"A localização é excelente. O hotel e quartos são novos. Porém... Chuveiro estava estragado. Não possui black-out nas janelas. Atendimento do restaurante é ruim. Funcionários descontentes. E cobram 150 para 1 hora de late check out, com o hotel relativamente vazio."

"I loved to stay at the Sanctuary. The structure of the 2 sites resorts are really great. Excellent location but I advise a car rental. Comfort at the beach. One is able to see the sunset right from the beach. Sports activities available and nice pools. The breakfast at Sanctuary is a la carte and very slow service. If you have booked a tour, diving or boat trip, you probably have to wake up 2 hours before. You can also have your buffet breakfast in the sister resort The Rarotongan Beach Resort...

"Recently had a 6 night stay which was amazing. The garden & maintenance’s staff need a special mention to how well kept this property is. The dining staff go above and beyond to ensure you are informed and catered to. The room was extremely spacious, clean, tidy, private & well themed for the location. Aitutaki on a whole is beautiful and highly recommended getting scooters to check out the greater island. Pros: Right on the Lagoon Staff that make you feel like family not a guest Location is...

"Wonderful staff, very accomodating. Easy walk to the night markets, mini mart and museum. Rima's bakery is across the road and delicious. If you get the premium deal you get brekkie at the Nautilus and that is amazing. Planning our next trip!"
