"A localização é excelente. O hotel e quartos são novos. Porém... Chuveiro estava estragado. Não possui black-out nas janelas. Atendimento do restaurante é ruim. Funcionários descontentes. E cobram 150 para 1 hora de late check out, com o hotel relativamente vazio."

"I loved to stay at the Sanctuary. The structure of the 2 sites resorts are really great. Excellent location but I advise a car rental. Comfort at the beach. One is able to see the sunset right from the beach. Sports activities available and nice pools. The breakfast at Sanctuary is a la carte and very slow service. If you have booked a tour, diving or boat trip, you probably have to wake up 2 hours before. You can also have your buffet breakfast in the sister resort The Rarotongan Beach Resort...

"Paul & his team are amazing hosts. The Black Pearl is a lovely place to stay without the hustle and bustle of a big complex. Everything is available from a washing machine, BBQ & reef shoes. The beach is a 30 second walk accross the road and there is a restaurant and garage right next door for any snacks or drinks if needed. Paul can provide great recommendations for restaurants and car hire! Thank you so much for making our first trip to Raro truly on to remember!!"

"We had an absolutely terrific 6-day stay at Moana Sands Villas! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. "I liked the gardens and how they created a sense of tranquility and privacy but the prices for the food and drink were a bit steep"

"I booked for Tia Kautai Studio but got told at check-in the unit we booked had a tenant occupyinh for another week. It wasn't available for us and even staff don't understand how that happened. We just needed a place to crash for the day before departure flight. Still happy they managed to find us a subsitute @ Kikii Inn suites which is reasonably clean and fits our family needs. We had a restful time before the night flights. Thanks"
