"We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!"

"We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! "What an amazing trip we had to the Cayman Island! Condo was virtually right in the middle, so made exploring the island easy. I don't think I have ever been so close to the beach/ocean, literally steps as described in the listing. As others said in earlier reviews this year, water would have been better enjoyed without the sargassum, as it distorted the beauty of the water. "The only recommendation is to purchase some sort of small vacuum to vacuum sand and then dispose of the sand in garbage can. As I am sure you are aware the sand was everywhere."
