"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay."

"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"We stayed at this villa for my birthday with a group of 15, and it was absolutely amazing. The house is spacious with seven gorgeous bedrooms and 6.5 baths – perfect for large groups (though I’d recommend 14 guests for max comfort as one person was on the couch all week). "The property was amazing. The villa is better than advertised. Plenty of space inside and out. But better than the actual villa was the staff and management. They catered to every need, want or thought we had throughout the entire process from planning to being on site at the house. Simply amazing. "Gorgeous location right off Smiths reef for snorkeling, swimming,beaching,great pool right on top of the beach. House is as close to the beach as you can get. The whole family enjoyed it tremendously. We normally don’t go back to the same island in the Caribbean but are already talking about going back to this house. Conveniently located to Turtle Cove with all its amenities. Also can get to town in just a few minutes. Loved it"

"This property is wonderful for a large group and is just as stunning as the photos online. We were able to have a sailboat pick us up on the beach in front of the villa and having catering and groceries delivered lessened the need to rent a car. Highly recommend Villa Allegria!"

"Só fiquem aqui! :) O West Bay Club é perfeito. Melhor custo benefício da região. É um hotel de excelente estrutura física, não muito grande, com excelente bom gosto, pé na areia e excelente serviços. Fica longe do lado mais agitado de Grace Bay, o que é perfeito, para ter uma praia com longo espaço de areia, e mesmo assim a uma distância de poucos passos do coral para snorkel. Fica ao lado de um outro excelente hotel, mas mais moderno e muito mais caro. Mesmo assim, eu escolheria novamente o West Bay por conservar uma decoração e clima de um Caribe elegante. Excelente serviço de praia, snorkel, nadadeiras, stand-up e o café da manhã, apesar do estilo americano, é de excelente qualidade. Amamos os mimos na chegada."
