The cottage is beautiful outside and inside with new floors and furnishings. It’s extremely comfortable and cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"The house is centrally located to numerous towns as well as the cliffs of Moher. Bedrooms are comfortable, most amenities provided, super clean, and the VIEW. Wow. Ann is absolutely the sweetest person and goes above and beyond to make sure things go easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Ireland where the people are lovely, food is delicious, and the countryside is stunning."

"I stayed here with my 2 teenage children and our dog. We loved the house and location. Only a short drive to gorgeous beaches when you turn right heading to roundstone and left towards ballyconneely. The house was really comfortable and well equipped. We all slept well in the calm and quiet of the beautiful surroundings. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks a million"

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison d’Una. Elle est idéalement située, aux portes du Connemara. La vue du jardin est magnifique et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une très belle météo. La maison est proche des points les plus sympas du Connemara (Clifden, Kilemore…). Nous avons aussi adoré la quiétude de Rosmuck, de Lettermore (que nous adorons) , Carraroe ou Carna, Ballyconneely. La maison est bien chauffée et très confortable. Tout était parfait. Merci Una."

"We had a nice relaxing stay at Raymond's cottages. The cottage was very neat and clean and the beds were very comfy. Everything worked well. We used the TV box to charge our devices, as our European adapter had previously failed. Great place to stay by the beach. Would stay again! Thank you!"

"Très jolie plage à proximité, et balades sur les rochers de granite. Pas reçu les informations pour l’arrivée mais très bon accueil sur place avec l’aide des voisins. Inconvénients : maison un peu humide et système de paiement de l’électricité avec des pièces de 2€ qui s’éteint rapidement en cours de journée. Bon point de départ pour balades ds le Connemara."

"We absolutely loved the location of this property!! It is isolated, surrounded by the ocean inlets. Be prepared for the narrow roads and the one lane dirt road that brings you out on the island. It is not modern, but we were not looking for modern. We had everything we needed for our 6 day stay and enjoyed it immensely."

In the refrigerator, we were gifted local smoked salmon, Irish cheese, Irish crackers, fresh eggs, milk and juice. There were real wool throw blankets curled up next to the over stocked fireplace. "Spiddal Cottage was delightful! Both rooms were spacious, the living room was lovely, the kitchen small but with all the necessary appliances. We didn't ever cook there, so I can't say anything about the pots, pans, spices, etc. The mattresses were quite firm. Bring your own entertainment if you want to watch something. The wifi worked great and we had access to the washing machine, which was very nice. Patsy was accommodating and super nice! The area was stunning, and a great place for a ferry...
