Your private refuge awaits you! Our air-conditioned studio-loft offers 4 integrated and cozy environments: kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, reading corner and a small bathroom with shower. Relax in your private patio with barbecue and enjoy the pool and recreational areas of the site. Perfect for those looking for tranquility and contact with nature.

2. Full barbecue: Perfect for preparing group meals and socializing, Covered barbecue area, with sink, gas cooker with 2 mouths and plate, balcony with bistro chairs and a large cooler.
3. Cozy tent decorated with several loungers and resting nets: Ideal for relaxing and having fun with friends.
4. Deck solarium with a large Pool and a whirlpool for 6 people: They provide fun and relaxation for all ages. The summer pool is air-conditioned and in the winter it is heated to 33°C.

👀 REGULATION
1. The recreational areas are shared with other guests from the other 6 houses. They're all large, furnished, and airy areas.
2. We have monitored parking for one car per reservation. For extra cars, we offer vacancies on the land next door.
3. To ensure that you have a quiet and safe stay, it is forbidden to receive visits during your stay on the site. In addition, we ask that you respect the law of silence after 10 p.m. and by 8 a.m. During this break, please avoid games, loud music, and loud conversations.
4. The pool is one of the highlights of the site! It operates from 9am to 10pm and to ensure the safety and comfort of all, we kindly ask that you shower before entering the pool and prevent your dogs from entering the pool.
5. The gourmet barbecue area in the panoramic garden is available for all guests. No need to book. We only ask, please leave the area clean for the next guest.
6. We do not offer breakfast or housekeeping service.
7. In case of damage to sheets, towels and pillowcases, R$150,00 per piece will be charged. In case of loss, you'll be charge R$250,00 per piece.
8. It is forbidden to touch the pumps and heaters of the pool and whirlpool. If you notice any issues please contact the landlord so we can help you resolve the issue.
9. We consider misbehavior: drunkenness, gross and/or prejudiced attitudes towards any individual on our property, disregard of rules, aggressive behavior and damage to equipment.
10. We reserve the right to ask guests with bad behavior to withdraw from the establishment without refund of the amount of their stay.
