"部屋の施設やスタッフの対応は、まぁベトナムなりというか、ベトナム資本のホテルであることを考慮すると、中の上という感じでした。シャワー室の清潔さや部屋の細かな部分で気になるところはありましたが、まぁ許容範囲かなと思います。食事は夕食のベトナム料理も朝食のビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。

"From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing!"

"This is our second visit to this property. Still amazing as before. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous cliff villa with great sea views. Relaxing massages and great happy hour deals in the mornings. Staff were very friendly helpful. Staff were the key to this hotel.
Definitely 5 star.
Only negative is the gym. Very dated equipment. Not 5 star standard. Needs a refresh.
Would definitely return."

"This was by far the most friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff- from the check in process, to breakfast, to the housekeeping! The property was beautiful and amazing, but the amazing energy of the staff made the experience even that much better. 🤗"
