"Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! "

"A estrutura e comodidades do hotel correspondem a um hotel 5 estrelas, porém achei que o serviço poderia ser melhor. Muitos funcionários não falam ou entendem inglês, no momento do check in nem a recepcionista nem o gerente souberam me passar informações sobre a comemoração do Ano Novo nos restaurantes e bar do próprio hotel. "Clean beach. Very nice, clean rooms with big and comfortable beds. Nice decorated rooms. Nice clean beach where one can enjoy the simple beach lide. Very friendly staff. Very friendly cleaning staff and at the beach. Beach is not for swiming, the wawes are to dangerous most of the time. Very beautiful and well kept gardens and outdoor environment. Huge swimmingpools. A hot spring ticket cost 128 RMB. The hot soring tub in the room is akso realy good. Great hotel for all members of the family....

"Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt. Wobei man sich immer bewusst ist/sein muss, dass man in China ist. Es gibt einige Dinge, die nicht so perfekt gelöst sind wie sie es in Deutschland oder anderen Regionen der Welt wären. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschönes Zimmer, schöne Gartenanlage, gepflegter Strand. Insbesondere die Abende bei Cocktails in der offenen Lounge haben wir sehr genossen."
