"This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all...

"We loved the property and the convenience of the location, the only issue we had was being blocked in by another guest the following morning because they said the parking lot was full. "

"Very nice property and close to the beach."

"Well maintained, kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Steps to the beach on a boardwalk that has two areas to rinse off the sand. Unfortunately it stormed a few times but the options on the TVs were great. Would stay again for sure. "

"We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. "

"Everything went very well, great location, building is undergoing some renovation, but did not bother us at all. Vin has lots of utensils, very well stocked, except for perhaps shampoo, would be nice to have that period otherwise everything is in tiptop shape."

"This condo was great! We stay at Amelia Landings just about every year, but this is the 1st year we've stayed in this particular unit. This unit was more modern on the inside, with the floors, furniture & decor which I appreciated; it was refreshing. Jackie was a phone call/text away whenever I needed her and also went above and beyond to help us get an item we left in the unit. I would def stay here again!!"
