"Absolutely stunning property! The only small hiccups were that there wasn’t someone actually stationed at the front desk at all times. Anytime I passed or went up to it, they were doing other things (work related like down at the door or elevator) that took them away from it. So I would stand around looking like hello anyone here? Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival. "Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress.
