"Reservei um quarto com duas camas king e varanda privativa, quando cheguei no hotel me deram um quarto horrível no anexo do hotel, disseram que era a única opção disponível, o acesso era deprimente parecia um prédio abandonado."

"Entering the property reminded me of that scene in crazy rich Asians when the girlfriend is driving up to the mansion for the first time… and the property reminded me of something like out of white lotus… without the drama. lol it was the nicest place if ever stayed and the service was beyond phenomenal. We did a fishing charter with captain Sara and two conchs which was awesome especially just being a 3 minute walk from our room. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at this facility again....

"Salt & Ash was great - both the food and service. Breakfast service at The Cafe was inconsistent - outdoor eating area was not kept clean and servers were indifferent. Angler & Ale was ok. Gift shop was good. Unfortunately the Dolphin Connection has been discontinued but is still being advertised. Too much chair saving in the pool area made it impossible to find chairs in main pool area on the weekend. Fortunately we could availability in Oasis pool area with our 12 yr old daughter. Landscaping...
