"Stayed here with wife and two kids. Our room was very nice and clean, and staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. I'd just point out that, given that the bathrooms are located outside the rooms (each room gets its own private bathroom, but they're all down the hall), it feels more like a hostel than a hotel, so keep that in mind. "

"We spent one night here in early January. The staff was very friendly and thoroughly walked us through check-in procedures. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The tatamis were comfortable. The unique Japanese style bath was great. One thing to note: the private bath and toilet are downstairs from the room. This wasn't an issue for us, but worth noting."
