"We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. "

"I wish I could give this place 10 stars cause 5 just doesnt feel right. From the moment we arrived to the day we left it felt like home away from home. Its in a wonderful location and just steps away from the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. The host Jonsie was so responsive and friendly. We will be back here for sure!!! "

"When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. Also the pool was hot to be able to swim but as soon I reported the situation the host explain about pool cleaning procedures and Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy it ! "This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back! "

Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. "Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! "

"We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you so much to the team at Anchor Down for such a beautiful and well maintained property...
