"the outdoor pool looks good in the photo but not a good pool to swim, it looks big and wide but most of it is just few inches deep not feet, useless pool. It has a awkward shape that prevents you to do your laps + it's salty water. Your not allowed to bring in food...sucks! The staff are friendly and accommodating as they should be but they come with all the warnings and don'ts from the owners’ policy...so annoying! parking is "Hell" the hotel has a rugged and crooked, one lane car street...
"This is a beautiful resort. The crew was very helpful and friendly and assisted right away when we called for help setting things up. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the rooms were very comfortable. Air conditioning was great, and hot water showers were a plus. The pool is one of the prettiest pools I have ever seen. "
"The pool wasn’t available the time we were staying but the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us get a car rental and picked out some great places to check out the sunset. They also let us know which attractions and sites would be fine for my parents with mobility issues. Overall a great experience."
"The food is horrible and over priced. The garlic chicken did not have garlic then when asked the staff about the chicken.He smiled and told me it has garlic powder and which in fact didn’t.
I left after 1 night the room felt outdated .
