"The condo was huge, with more than enough room for a decent size family or group. The view is spectacular and the rooftop terrace is super cool and unique. The property owner was seamless in advance and there was no need to contact him before or during the stay. There’s plenty of parking and security access was easy. "

"A wonderful condo- great location, beautiful views. It was within walking distance to Pier Park and a couple of restaurants. 8th floor is great. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Good pools, hot tub and quick access to the beach. We would love to return. A few things were included that I didn’t expect— coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, etc. We have definitely stayed in places that those weren’t included! A new washer/dryer which worked great. "The property was great! It was my extnded family of 11 people, ages 9-74. Very clean and had everything we needed like washer/dryer, crock pot, pots and pans and towels. "Mike was beyond amazing! If you are looking for an affordable way to stay beach side, this is it! Overlooking the lagoon pool and beach was awesome! We could hear the live music from our condo and was just absolutely the best location! This was by far our best experience at Edgewater and we have been coming here for years. Thank you Mike and Larry for making everything so easy! We will back next year!!"

"The location and view are great! I don’t like that the property lets people setup beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs but not a huge concern! The only negative about the condo itself was the bunk room was pretty hot! The unit has oscillating fans and a box fan for the room but I don’t know if the AC duct work needs to be looked at and the ceiling fan likely needs replaced as the fan speed couldn’t be changed! "Loved staying on the second floor at Tidewater! It was so convenient to the pool and beach not having to ride the elevator, also being so close to the parking deck. Our room was very nice and clean! We loved it! I would book here every year!"

"Christopher and his wife were amazing hosts! They were so accommodating and the condo had everything we needed. Exactly as pictured and location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere we needed and had tons of places to eat and shop with Pier Park being only a 5 minute walk. We brought our 1 year old with us and it was perfect for all of us. Thank you for such a great stay!"
