"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

"We arrived just after midnight. The staff were very couteous and helpful. There was a mix up with booking the free shuttle. I never received a confirmation or knew who to look for so ended up catching a taxi. Instead we received a free shuttle back to the airport before lunch. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and adequate, good shower. Breakfast was not included but we were able to have for mry38 each. It is not a high end hotel, rather a servicable...

"So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking."

"Nice, clean hotel and restaurant buffet was always awesome when I chose to eat there. There is other nice restaurants in the area within walking distance too, not about to try the street food here, it's nothing like Penang. Outside the property the streets and sidewalk are in very poor condition, trash and garbage everywhere, hawkers etc."

"①客室のシャワー室とトイレ 　清潔感がありオシャレだが床が大理石になっているので滑るのが怖かった ②コンシェルジェの対応 　買い物したい店の場所が不明だったのでコンシェルジェに問合せた所、店の場所に印をつけた大型の市内地図を配布してくれた。買い物も予定通り出来て満足した。"

"広大なビーチの状況を確認するために宿泊した。 ビーチの砂の質は世界最高クラスで大変満足した。 しかし、ビーチの管理方法には改善が必要な点があった。 ①ビーチのごみについて 　現状、ホテルスタッフはごみを収集してない。ごみは毎日収集すること。 ②ビーチで植物の枝や葉っぱの焼却について 　枝や葉っぱの焼却ごみがビーチに散乱している。即刻禁止すること。 ③ビーチに設置されたゴミ箱について 　強風や大雨でゴミ箱のごみが海中／ビーチに流出する可能性があるので撤去すること。 ④宿泊者の意識改善について 　ビーチにペットボトル、スプーン、フォーク、ストロー等が散見された。 　ホテル側からチェックイン時にビーチ保護の説明等を宿泊者にすべき。"
