"Room was clean, staff was welcoming, and the shower was hot and pressure was good. The TV was terrible but can’t complain about that because I mainly use my phone for entertainment. For something cheap and affordable I would Definitley stay here again. Areas right next to a lot of good food places which is an awesome bonus."

"Cute little motel!! Individual double bungalow style buildings. Rooms are small, but very well kept. Easy and free parking right outside our room. Nick, the manager, was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding and he made arrangements for us to check in early. Also went out of his way to let us know he was there to help if we needed anything. Very accommodating. Would stay again."

"We have a great time to stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen area had everything you needed for cooking with a big fridge, new stove and microwave. We loved this resort because we saw some manatees swimming around the boat dock at the time we stayed. There are some restaurants nearby with the best seafood just minutes of walking. There is always someone there answering the phone when we call. Stephanie was very sweet and answered all my questions politely....

"Third time staying in Sanibel. This hotel (or Inn) is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. Huge space, nice kitchen and supplies, balcony with a lot of chairs and table to sit and relax. King size bed was great and bathroom has 2 sinks - identical as photos. They offer 1 covered parking spot (in the summer or raining season, this make a difference). The Inn is right at the beach, in a private and nice place at Sanibel - away from the public beach area. My wife loved shelling in peace and found several shells to her collection. They offer chairs/umbrella at no cost. And bikes for rentals. Cleaning staff was great and service everyday."
