"Really cute place, clean, beautiful renovation, good location, owner was easy to communicate with. The bed was really comfortable. My only negative was that in the king pond view room the AC blows right on the bed. I had a hard time sleeping but my husband was ok. We only stayed one night so I dealt with it but if we were there longer I might've asked to change rooms if the AC was different in another room. But overall I would book again on another trip to Sanibel. "

"What fun it's been to visit here, and what wonderful accommodations! So peaceful and quiet, and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. Had a great time hiking, kayaking, and visiting art galleries. A friend told me to visit the Sanibel Library, and I'm glad I did. Lots of interesting art on the walls, plus plenty of seashell collections. It is the coolest library I've ever seen! Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. "Third time staying in Sanibel. This hotel (or Inn) is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. Huge space, nice kitchen and supplies, balcony with a lot of chairs and table to sit and relax. King size bed was great and bathroom has 2 sinks - identical as photos. They offer 1 covered parking spot (in the summer or raining season, this make a difference). The Inn is right at the beach, in a private and nice place at Sanibel - away from the public beach area. "The photo on the listing was deceptive in that due to hurricane there’s no longer a view of the beach as shown on the listing. I totally understand that, and I’m glad the dunes are being rebuilt and seeded. But one of the things I was looking forward to was sitting out being able to look out at the ocean.. view that drew my attention was that photo. I would possibly stay there again, but again I think the photo needs to be updated as some people will be very disappointed."
