"Everything was great, but the renovations left the property a bit dirty. Paint, scaffolding, etc. When the renovations are done, I am sure this property will pop. The pool area was AMAZING and the large beach front was PERFECT too. The porches were really big too! "

"We had a little difficulty checking in with the door code. We made contact with the manager and things were remedied quickly. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the location right on the lazy river and the end unit was nice for quieter lounging on the balcony. "We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them. "

"The condo was described, my favorite part was walking out the door and being so close to both the pool and the beach access. The owner is very nice and prompt to reply to questions. The unit itself was well taken care of and fully stocked. I really appreciated the fold out mattresses for the kids to sleep on. This is a great unit to enjoy your vacation on the beach."

"We had an amazing holiday weekend! The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The setup was perfect for our family with the bunk beds and the sofa bed. The unit was equipped with everything we heeded and was furnished very nicely. Our little boy really enjoyed playing with some of the cars and trucks in the toy basket! The pools were huge and so nice! Easy walk to the beach and pool area. We will definitely book here again in the future!"

"The property location was perfect. We enjoyed the immediate access to the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable enough, but extra bedding would have been preferred. "My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerplace. The accommodations were nice and clean. All we needed to bring were food and clothes. The two pools were great as well. Although our condo rental did not come with beach service it was available as soon as you step on the sand. The daily and weeklyratea for the service was reasonable. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."
