"This would have to be the best equiped apartment I have ever stayed at. They have thought of everything you might need for your stay (right down to washing basket, pegs and outdoor clothesline). O quarto/apartamento é óptimo e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma óptima estadia, inclusive para cozinhar (o que não fizemos). Localiza-se a 3 minutos da zona comercial onde estão vários restaurantes e supermercado e beneficia de vista desafogada para o verde da ilha e para o mar."

"Older accommodation. Clean, spacious, beds comfortable, full kitchen facilities. Didn't see the "rain shower head" in the bathroom though :) . There was however a shower curtain that liked to "get up close and personal". Would be no good for elderly as car parking was 50 meters from the units down a steep grassy hill and poorly lit. Complex operated by the upmarket Governors lodge. Need to collect and drop off keys at the lodge. No reception on site at the crest. We had a few problems with the...

"Our second stay here in 8 months. On this occasion we booked the chalet which is completely separate to the other guest accommodation. Is is one bedroom with a king size bed that converts to twin beds if required. The Retreat is quiet and peaceful, even with a full compliment of guests staying. Karen is a superb host and is a great credit to the property. We thought this might be our last visit to Norfolk Island given the world has re-opened but it is just such a relaxing place, so...

"Rooms catered for our needs in a simple but elegant and comfortable way. Lovely Robert Gordon pottery and linens hopefully give an idea. Outlook with views of rolling countryside and the sea were what we were after, and needed, to completely relax and forget anything back home allowing us to just enjoy the peace and quiet, the clean air, birds out the back. Phil and Tenneille are to be commended for this property"
