"The place is pathetic - front desk manager was not only the least helpful person I may have ever encountered in 4 decades of traveling but her lack of empathy courtesy and respect in a bad experience that she could have easily fixed was simply downright mean and left my family without accommodations. She used the fact that her didn’t book directly with her as a spiteful excuse not to help me and kick my family to the curb for what was supposed to be a wonderful weekend. Absolutely deplorable."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable the pool was small. If you have any hip problems the toilet is real short so I went to the one outside the pool when I could we was real close to it. They offered to move us to a handicap room but did not want to move. The price was great. Lot of things to do in that aria."
