Amfora Hvar Grand Beach Resort
10/10 Excelente
"Adoramos a estadia, ótima localização com piscina frente ao mar. Atendimento ótimo e café da manhã excelente! Tudo limpo e pessoas atenciosas. Nós buscaram e levaram até o catamarã !"
Maslina Resort
8/10 Bom
"A Disappointing Stay, but an Excellent Response from Management I had previously posted a negative review of Maslina Resort following a very disappointing stay. Despite the property's beautiful setting, excellent facilities, and good food, the service fell far short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. We experienced repeated issues with service and transfers, the worst being the hotel forgot to book our prepaid private boat transfer to Split on the day of our departure, nearly causing us to miss our flight. However, I would like to highlight how professionally the hotel handled the situation afterwards. Following the publication of my review, the hotel management reached out to us, acknowledging that our experience had fallen short of their standards. They took our feedback very seriously and offered a thoughtful resolution, including a refund and the opportunity to return in the future for a much-improved experience. They also shared the steps they are taking to strengthen their team, improve service standards, and ensure that similar situations do not happen to other guests. While our original experience was disappointing, I must recognize how professionally and thoughtfully the hotel handled the situation afterwards. We were very satisfied with their response, which demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement."

"Incrível café da manhã. Equipe super atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto confortável, mas com pouco espaço, quase impossível abrir 2 malas. Mini bar vazio, precisa ligar a recepção para qualquer solicitação. O banheiro necessita cabideiro de toalhas."

Palace Elisabeth Hvar Hotel

"Apartamento muito pequeno, não tínhamos onde colocar as malas abertas! Fora não ter separação de box, por ser um banheiro pcd, o que nos deixava a todo momento com o banheiro completamente molhado."
