After several hours of calls and emails we were told that a 7 day cancellation policy applies and that we would lose all of the money. We had planned on this from previous comments about chef and food, however had to adopt alternative measures . In small town Iron Bridge there was only 1 other restaurant choice which was closing within 20 minutes of our check in at 6:30 pm , leaving only a small gas bar/general convenience store for basic meals.
