"Poor customer service from staff"

"My stay at Margaritaville St. Thomas was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no housekeeping for the entire stay — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no basic room upkeep. It felt like the resort had completely abandoned even the minimum standard of guest care. The situation was made worse by the unwelcoming, uninterested, and unprofessional staff. At every point of contact, it was clear that guest service was not a priority.I strongly do not recommend...

"Stayed one night, that’s the maximum I’d stay here. Perfect location if you’re looking to walk to airport other than that it’s very dated, no amenities or food. You’d have to drive somewhere to get it."
