"This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. "The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room."

"Great location - neighborhood had lots of great, paved walking trails and it was close to downtown Brunswick. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. The back yard however, needed serious cleaning up of dog poop from previous renters. There was A LOT and we spent the first hour cleaning up the mess. This should always be checked prior to rentals. Otherwise, a fine experience."
