"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

"This was our first trip to Bali. We loved the property, the space and our private pool. The staff here are always smiling and incredibly kind. It was so nice and quiet yet close enough to beaches and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back! "

"Hotel muito distante de tudo, vc fica isolada, tendo que que ficar somente no hotel. Hotel muito pequeno com somente 1 restaurante. Spa deixando muito a desejar. Não tem serviço de praia, vc não pode usar a praia, areia preta! Ideal pra somente 1 noite!!"

Vale cada centavo, spa sensacional, piscina com borda infinita, café da manhã no quarto, além do excelente e impecável staff, todos sem exceção estão sorridentes e dispostos a ajudar. A localização não é das melhores mas eles compensam com serviço de taxi/shuttle para o centro de ubud, sem custo e algo em torno de 10 minutos. Melhor hotel que me hospedei em Bali!!!!"

"Overall the resort was great. I liked the private pool in the villa, how spacious the villa was and the swipe card entry. Even the main pool area was nice! The only thing I was not fond of was the bathroom had a high adjoining wall to the villa next door, therefore you could hear the people in their bathroom. Apart from this, everything was perfect. "
