"Hotel erroneamente bem avaliado. Optei por este hotel em razão das boas avaliações e por parecer mais familiar. O hotel émuito antigo, nada confortável. Reservei 4 noites com 3 meses de antecedência para um quarto casal não fumante. Ao chegar, nos foi dado um quarto para fumante com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, insuportável. Voltei à recepção e expliquei que a reserva era para não fumante. A resposta era que não tinham quarto não fumante disponível. Ofereceram ficar num quarto duplo por 2...

"I was pleasantly surprised by the newness and cleanliness of this property. The staff was really nice, and the room was huge for the price. Everything, including the laundry machines, was new and in working order. The rooms looked and felt totally new, like it had been recently renovated. We visited at the end of June, and it was way too hot to use the grills, but if we ever came back during the winter, I think we would use them. The only possible minus is that it’s not within walking distance...

"The hotel was super conveniently located in central ishigaki, the room was decent and the coin laundry was a great amenity. The room had lots of options for hanging items to dry (which was super appreciated given all the snorkelling to be done). They have complimentary drinks including awamori in reception in the afternoons which was a nice touch. There is also an onsite onsen (but did not get to use) only minor criticism was they had very limited hours for the pool, typically after a day...
