"Clean room, comfortable bed, nice pillows, Updated room but hallways could be updated. Tim Hortons across the street is open 24 hrs which was nice especially when getting on ferry early. Close to ferry."

"Bathrooms and bedroom renovated but hallways, door jams old. Ventilation system old. Parking was on street where you could find a spot. Would not leave valuables in car. Nice breakfast especially when given a $10 credit for breakfast ordered off menu vs free continental breakfast. Convenient to ferry."

"We were able to get in early which we appreciated however our room, bath and other spaces were very cold and unable to connect with owner to ask about heat. Never did hear back from text or phone message. I found a space heater which helped. Kitchen was a mess when we arrived and in morning. We left very early but had informed owner of this at time of booking and when we stayed. Confusion over expectations. We didn’t get breakfast or a to go breakfast which was ok given state of kitchen.

"Wonderful stay, all the staff was excellent especially Connie at the front desk. Connie took the time to answer all of our questions, she told us all about Prince Rupert and where to go for sights and food. The room was very comfortable and the Continental breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again."

"Enjoyed sharing a kitchen area with our 2 travel partners. Nice and clean, comfy bed, great shower, they needed some batteries in the remote control for the TV, and some light bulbs in lamps.
Really didn't like that they asked us to empty the garbage out back of the building into the...bin? We left at 5am for the ferry, so were unable to do that.
A surprising request, as we paid the same rate as a hotel; never been asked to empty the garbage before.
