Our relatives from Missouri ended up coming along with us and my wife took them to Mackinac Island and we all went to Sault St. Marie on the last day and did a cruise through the locks. "Every window offers great views, and the deck is perfect for lounging or grilling. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a fantastic kitchen, located on a quiet street in a charming village. My only suggestion is to add some summertime views from the house, because a July sunrise is phenomenal. Enjoyed the house and our time in Detour. "

"We were drawn to this log cabin in the woods on Whitney Bay! The rustic charm was amazing with a cozy atmosphere ...... very tranquil. The water was so beautiful. Everything was very clean, neat and organized. The surrounding wooded property was a haven for deer and fox during our stay. We had zero issues with checking in and out. Drummond Island is a gem. We would love to come back for another visit!"
