"The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. "This is our second visit to this property. Still amazing as before. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous cliff villa with great sea views. Relaxing massages and great happy hour deals in the mornings. Staff were very friendly helpful. Staff were the key to this hotel.
Definitely 5 star.
Only negative is the gym. Very dated equipment. Not 5 star standard. Needs a refresh.
