"There are not enough words to describe how special our stay at L’Ayla Ninh Van Bay was. We were lucky enough to stay for 8 nights and it was a true slice of paradise.
Every single member of staff we met treated us with such kindness and warmth.
A few shout outs to the restaurant staff Vy, Dung, Quan, Huy, Trai, Duy, Dien to name a few but there were so many more we didn’t write down in time!! They made us feel great and added so much to our trip where we felt true friendship, love and will...

"Overall stay was excellent very good customer service and clean rooms.
However I do think the food quality could improve a lot especially for this price point and being a 5 star resort, also it's feeling it's age in terms of the over all property is in need of an update. "
