"We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend."

"We had 3 generations staying in the Friendly Cottage and all of us loved it. The grandkids loved climbing down the rocks to the little beach in front of the cottage and walking to nearby Cedar Beach to swim. My husband, son, and grandson really enjoyed playing golf at Highland Green Golf Club in Topsham. "Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. "The house was perfect for our family gathering of 3 generations. The kitchen is stocked with good cooking gear, dishes, utensils, towels, and napkins. We were invited to use fresh herbs from the lovely garden. Several gathering spots, such as the porch, lower patio, and dock provide places to be together or for one to sneak off for a bit of solitude. The book collection is great. "Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!"
