"They use plastic utensils for the breakfast in the morning, which is wasteful and fills our landfill with more plastic. The cleanliness was nothing to write home about. It seems like a new building that wasn’t maintained as well or it was the cheaper finishes that aren’t lasting very long."

"It was clean and safe with a pretty nice breakfast setup. Kind staff as well. Thank you 😊"

"Very convenient and cozy."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety of things to please everyone."

"The access to this place is not good. You have to practically go down a dark road with zero signs to direct you there. Make sure to study the map before areival. While standing in line at the hotel, a terrible situation played out between someone who had booked a room but apparently their room was given away and they walked out of the hotel and asked for a refund. The last straw for me was when I noticed the hot tub was broken without letting me know before booking. We will not be staying there...

"The hotel was having a roof replaced during our stay. It was quite loud in the morning. The hotel has very thin doors- you could hear everything happening in the hallway. It suited us well for our overnight stay. It wasn’t terrible, just wasn’t great either."

"All of the staff were very helpful and responsive to request as well as cheerful and pleasant. The room and facility in general was clean. The breakfast off the menu was excellent but the buffet was not very good. The bathroom needs some maintenence."

"Hair dryer wasn’t available, when asked, they asked me to check again, then brought it after I let them know I checked again. Heater did not work so we got extra blankets. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Building is going through renovations."

"Nice room with view of Spokane River and easy walk to Centennial Trail. Nice natural pine area on river side. Convenient to Spokane Valley Mall and freeway."

"The staff were great. Property is unique, old house. The issues. AC/heater Vents dirty. Throughout main house. Light above bed had debris in it. Not just dust. Some areas of room were dusty. Clawfoot tub is cool, but had a large patch cracked and missing glazing near drain. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. The hot breakfast we could not eat, just eggs with bacon mixed in. We are allergic to eggs. Could not use hot tub, water was cloudy not properly maintained. Needs a professional Furnishing...
