"This was an incredible place to stay! The hosts were the best we have had to interact with. The area was full of things to do. We played golf at the Sebasco Resort twice during our stay. You can’t beat getting lobsters at Watson’s General Store on Cundy’s Harbor. The Friendly Cottage had all we needed to cook and prepare all our culinary needs. We will be back!"

"Lovely little space for a getaway. Beautiful views at all times of day. Well appointed studio. Had everything we needed. Great little coffee shop and a convenience store nearby. Great restaurants and sightseeing close by as well. Highly recommend! Hosts stayed in touch and responded very quickly. Very quiet area. The few neighbors we met were all lovely people. Can’t wait to come back. "

"We had an amazing stay and the property was clean and maintained and supplied with all we needed. The views and location with easy access to the water were superb. It’s quiet lots of birds, geese, turkeys, osprey and a couple bald eagle sightings. Quick and easy drive to town for groceries and supplies you may need. The full Maine waterside experience. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the incredible view and access to the water. (They have paddles and life jackets for the kayaks) We spent hours both nights on the dock and loved getting to take the kayaks out. The living space had everything we needed with lots of natural light from the wrap around windows with view of the water from all sides!! We forgot to bring coffee and they ended up having some in the kitchen already! The boat house is attached to another house...

"We have our own vacation rentals so I know the challenges. I would suggest a single serve coffee maker. Easy to care for provides far better coffee and options for coffee flavors in the “pods”. Instant coffee is just not good… Great place. Loved the steamer! Thanks for the snacks!"

"Very clean. Comfy bed. Full bathroom. Easy checkin and out. Easy walk to downtown restaurants."

"Beach view is to the side of beach. Still very nice but not full face."

"Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!"

"Beds were very comfortable. Parking was a little difficult. 3rd floor was a little tough on my 83 year old mother. But it was clean and roomy and close to downtown shopping and touristy attractions."

"Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again. "

Wendy was very easily reached offering clear communication prior and post trip We highly this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway in Boothbay Harbor....we will definitely be adding this property to our "must return to list" !! "I slept like a baby in this quaint apartment. The home was simply, yet comfortably furnished and gave cozy vibes. The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier."

"Excellent home overall! Great equipment, great kitchen, great pool, nice patio! Easy access to the home and driveway! Probably the best house I’ve stayed in ! "

"We've been staying in Maine for over a decade. They have a lovely property that has great views, easy trails and a nice beach. The house was perfect for a family of four to six and allows pets. Everything was wonderful!!!!"

"I have to say that this site was the most well stocked and developed camp site that we have ever visited. It had everything, and Aaron was a very accommodating host. We could not have asked for more. For everything that the site offered - from hot shower to fully electrically powered lights and refrigerator to the grills, we were in awe. This is definitely a place to stay for multiple nights. If anything, I think the description under-sells what they have to offer. Highly recommended. "

"We loved the lake house. It was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was beautiful. We floated in our tubes, sat in our camp chairs that we brought and read our books. My favorite things were hearing and seeing the loons, the pileated woodpeckers at the feeders and the magical pathway walk down to the lake. My son lives about 15 minutes away and it was so nice to be close by to him, Portland and Windham. We enjoyed eating dinner out on the deck as well. "

"O hotel é muito gostoso, o que não gostei é que não tem arrumação diária no quarto e eu não sabia. Isso é muito ruim principalmente por causa do lixo que acumula no banheiro. "

"Excellent. All was perfect. The hotel has garage and beside there is a public garage. Excellent food. It's in a central area. Beautiful room, clean. It offers a beautiful internal garden attached to the restaurant. Its close to the harbor in a central area and has many bars, restaurants and stores nearby. Couples's trip on vacation during spring. A staff menber speaks portuguese."
