"Para começar, na diária do hotel não está incluída a arrumação do quarto, nem serviço de limpeza. Mas, se você estiver disposto a pagar uma taxa extra por dia, eles limpam o quarto, o banheiro, e arrumam as camas. Eu não estava, mesmo porque, nunca havia ouvido falar de um hotel que não prestasse esse tipo de "amenidades"... Quando chegamos, pude notar com certa facilidade que o quarto não passava por uma limpeza profunda há muito tempo, mas não tinha com quem reclamar porque a recepção do...

"I had a suite with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, in suite laundry, a large terrace with full furniture, and a beautiful pool that was steps away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A beautiful lobby with vending machines, coffee, tea, sitting area and television. Walking distance from, groceries, liquor and Walgreens. I've been there twice and I will most definitely go back again."

"This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...
